Black Cove stands behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our Customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! NOTE** : WE WILL ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED AND FALL WITHIN OUR RETURN GUIDELINES. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. 

FREE RETURNS For Purchases over $75

  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached. 
  • You can print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • You will have 7 days to send the item back for store credit once you receive the free return label.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return issue you a refund to your original method of payment. 
  • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS: 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNWORN, UNUSED, DAMAGE FREE WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. ANY ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED THAT DO NOT MEET THESE STANDARDS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. 

RETURN CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE OR RETURN WILL NO BE GRANTED. 

Last Chance, Flash Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE! Bodysuits, Intimates and Swimwear are FINAL SALE! We do not hold items for returns or exchanges. Preorders of back-ordered items may ship separately.  Any returns past the return policy requirements will not be accepted.

Once item is received, we will inspect the quality of the item and submit a full refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be in the amount of the invoice not including shipping charges, shipping charges will not be refunded.
